Richard Vignoles

Partner of the SNA Consulting Group, has over twenty five years experience managing export/import operations. He has been involved in international trade as Managing Director for SABO Industria e Comercio Ltda in North America and SANOAM Inc. In Uruguay he was actively involved in Latin American trade as a Manager of Brasur Ltda., co-founder of J & R Vignoles Ltda. and Export Manager for Ford Motor Company for ten years. Prior to that he was production director for Group Racing Developments in Norfolk, England. Mr. Vignoles has traveled extensively, lived in five different countries and speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian fluently.  

 

Joyce Vignoles

Partner of the SNA Consulting Group, has fifteen years of Management and International Trade experience. Prior to co-founding SNA Consulting Group she was Operations Manager for SABO Industria e Comercio Ltda. in North America. She also was involved in Latin American trade with Gourds Inc. and J & R Vignoles Ltda. Ms. Vignoles has held key diplomatic support positions with the American Embassy in Uruguay and the Argentine Embassy in the Netherlands. As a result of her extensive international experience she is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, French and Italian.

 
Jorge A. Mutio

Manager for the SNA Consulting Group Office in Uruguay, Jorge has over 20 years of experience at management levels. Today he is Director for the Association of Marketing Managers of Uruguay.and President of their International Events Committee. He is also a Consultant in Public Relations and Publicity for the Board of Directors of the Uruguayan Insurance Bank. Previously he was General Manager for Milaya S.A., representatives of KIA Motors from South Korea.  Jorge is also a Director for Passadore, Carrau y Mutio and Export Manager for Bodegas Santa Rosa S.A. He has worked in the area of air cargo as Managing Director for Aero Uruguay S.A. Jorge Mutio has traveled extensively and is fluent in both Spanish and English.

 

Charles Vignoles

Manager of the Bangalore, India office. Charles has extensive experience in the automotive and technology sectors having worked for Toyota and Intel. His areas of expertise are pricing strategy, process improvement and logistics, including experience dealing with emerging markets. He will be offering SNA Group customers opportunities in the fast growing Indian market and developing relationships with Indian companies looking to expand beyond their home market. Charles is a graduate of the IESE Business School MBA program.


Bill Reid

Bill has been engaged in a sales and marketing capacity in the auto industry for over 30 years, primarily in the O/E sector, but also in the aftermarket, and has extensive experience in the international arena, having worked with companies throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America.

 


Together, our consultants have extensive experience in the development and management of highly successful import/export operations. Most recently they handled millions of dollars of product volume as intermediaries for leading companies in the automotive industry. As a team they have facilitated business development and public relations efforts with industry and government leaders representing European, South and North American commercial interests. The SNA Consulting Group represents their cumulative experience and their entrepreneurial ambition.
